Once we have received your personal data, we use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

 

Customer personal data is held in hard copy and electronic form. Electronic copies of this data will be held for a maximum of 6 years, upon which it will be archived. Hard copy data will be retained for a maximum of 3 years and shredded after this point.

 

 

Access to information

 

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at Office@rochesterdcg.co.uk or writing to us at our registered address. Please include information that will enable us to verify your identity; and £10.00, the current applicable fixed fee. We will respond within 30 days of a request.

 

We encourage you to contact us to let us know if any of your personal data is not accurate or changes need to be made, so that we can keep your personal data up-to-date.

 

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data where, for example, your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you withdraw your consent to processing, where there is no overriding legitimate interest for us to continue to process personal data, or your personal data has been unlawfully processed.
